PASSWORD RECOVERY
AUTHORIZED PASSWORD RECOVERY AND ENCRYPTED-DATA ANALYSIS
AMR Digital Forensics evaluates password-protected files, encrypted archives, supported computers, and mobile devices when access is legally authorized. Available approaches depend on the device or file type, encryption, condition, available credentials, and case-specific circumstances.
Learn More:
SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
No method can decrypt every password or defeat every security control. Before work begins, we identify the authorized scope, preserve relevant evidence when feasible, and explain expected limitations, costs, and next steps. Results may include recovered access, partial recovery, identified security characteristics, or a documented finding that recovery was not technically feasible.
SUPPORTED RECOVERY MATTERS
Authorized work may involve password-protected documents, encrypted archives, supported computers and mobile devices, stored credentials, account artifacts, and lawfully provided password candidates. The appropriate method depends on the technology and evidence available.
DOCUMENTED, AUTHORIZED PROCESS
We confirm authority and scope before testing begins, preserve relevant source evidence when feasible, and document the methods used. We do not bypass access controls without authorization, and no password or encrypted-data recovery result can be guaranteed.
