Before work begins, we confirm the requesting party’s authority and define the devices, accounts, records, date ranges, and questions within the authorized scope. Available sources may include locally stored data, supported backups, account exports, removable media, and lawfully obtained records.

Depending on the available sources, examination may identify communications, photographs, documents, account activity, device identifiers, timestamps, location artifacts, file history, deleted data that remains recoverable, and evidence relevant to estate, probate, family-law, or civil disputes.

LIMITATIONS AND REPORTING

Access and recovery depend on the device, account controls, encryption, condition of the media, available credentials, provider policies, and legal authority.
